Challenge: Take the crème
de la crème of the sales force on a one-of-a-kind incentive
trip and treat them to the wonders of the company's world headquarters
city of Paris - the City of Lights - to attend and be recognized
at the Global Awards Dinner.
Solution: This program was a true indulgence for
the guests. Their custom program invitational brochures were designed
in the style of those of yesteryear, featuring artwork reminiscent
of Toulouse-Lautrec, et al. Once again, we incorporated the historic
aspect of this wonderful city into the brochure by outlining the
history of the hotel and each destination the attendees could select
to attend.
Upon arrival at the hotel, a piece of Parisian art in and of itself,
the attendees already had their bearings on the hotel and its surroundings,
including shopping, dining, transportation and sightseeing options.
No need for travel research here - it's all done for them and in
the palm of their hands! Guests were welcomed with a relaxed welcome
reception and dinner, where they mingled with the other attendees.
The following day, guests were taken on a Panoramic City Tour, where
they got a whirlwind look at a Parisian morning, followed by lunch
at a classic brasserie. On the days which followed, guests could
experience wonders of the city, such as the Louvre, Montmartre,
Giverny, Château de Versailles, and the Château de Chantilly.
They were also allowed a day á la carte, in which each couple
had a private Mercedes to shuttle them wherever their hearts desired.
In the evenings, truly enchanting events awaited our guests. On
one evening, all were gathered on board a private bateaux for a
dinner cruise along the Seine River - accompanied by a String Quartet.
Truly a lovely way to experience the City! Another night, we privatized
the Salon Gustave Eiffel within Paris' best-known monument - the
Eiffel Tower. Dinner, dancing and live entertainment, that highlighted
the best of both old & new Paris, completed the evening - not
to mention the spectacular view! Another evening was spent enjoying
the Jacquemart André Museum. A 19th Century private mansion
now converted into a sumptuous museum, allowed our guests an evening
of art and isolation as they enjoyed cocktails and a gala dinner
before privately touring the galleries of masterpieces. The awards
ceremony was held at Le Palais Brongniart - an architectural masterpiece
ordered by Napoleon the First. The honorees experienced a final
night of luxury as they were recognized at their global headquarters
(by the "big bosses") for their worldly achievements.
Indeed a night to remember.
Result: This program received a 100% satisfaction
rating from the participants. The program ran flawlessly,
stayed under budget, and every attendee enjoyed
their time in Paris immensely.
