Case Study 4: The Ski Chair Challenge: During a winter incentive, an attendee approached our Hospitality Desk with questions about additional recreational activities. He was in a wheelchair, so many outdoor recreation options were not practical. He had only signed up for the spa and shopping, but he was looking for something new and exciting. Solution: We made some phone calls and located a ski instructor who specialized in instructing the disabled. The attendee, who had never had the opportunity to try something like this, was thrilled! Result: He spent the entire day on the slopes in a custom built ski-chair for the disabled. He could not thank us enough for making his trip fun and memorable!
