| Case Study 1: Telecommunications Company |
Challenge: This company wanted to reward their
top "front line" employees with an incentive trip/business
meeting. They also wanted these important employees to feel that upper
management heard their voices.
Solution: Produce a half-day business meeting, focusing
on "state of the company" addresses, plus a large panel
discussion with Company executives taking audience questions. The
stage set was designed to look like the interior of a home, as this
is where the Company client impacts their customers.
Design an awards night that recognized each of the participants. Top
award winners were brought up on stage for special awards, and Company
executives gave general recipients (everyone in the audience won at
least one award) awards at their tables.
Develop content and speeches that showed the company was willing to
listen and learn from these front line employees, and emphasize that
teamwork was the most important goal of the organization.
Result: A very successful program on a shoestring
budget. Upper management was able to convey their appreciation of
the front line employees while boosting morale of these key resources.
